  • Assist internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits
  • Determine veritable results at the corporate and division levels
  • Assist CEO and COO in developing financial models for building long-term strategy
  • Build presentations for Board and Lender meetings
  • Assist in weekly and monthly revenue forecasts
  • Be conductive in the production of monthly financial reporting and other business data
  • Lead the company in annual budgeting process
  • Contributes to the monthly and quarterly forecasting and long-term planning process, facilitating communication and project management with accounting and functional stakeholders
  • Assist in preparing financial reports versus budget and forecasts
  • Solidify and inspect budgets and income statement forecasts
  • Analyze and assist in implementing productive alternatives and solutions to reduce costs and enhance financial performance of a company
  • Explain complex financial subjects to non-financial staff members
  • Investigate and query substantial amounts of data
  • Direct different aspects of the monthly/quarterly/annual close process (i.e. expense analysis, trend analysis and variance analysis)
  • Proactively analyzes drivers of monthly results
  • Influences the approach on how to best incorporate results in forward looking forecasts and financial plans.

    • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    • Substantial computer skills including word processing, presentation software and databases
    • 3-5 + years of relevant experience in corporate environment
    • Financial reporting and data analysis experience
    • Budgeting skills
    • Knowledge of forecasting
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
    • Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight
    • BA/BS degree in finance, accounting or a related field
    • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; ability to analyze data
