• Involved in Tax Compliance, Surplus line tax/ Sales & Income Tax, Quarterly 10 K Reporting• Filing and calculation of Estimates and Extensions• Preparing all kinds of returns for monthly, quarterly, and annual filings• Reconciling tax-related general ledger accouts• Assist and Interact with States for all Tax submissions and payments• Ensure compliance to extensions• Manage communications with all Business Units and Finance teams· Aid in filing of tax returns including mailing of tax returns that require paper filingQualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience with US Tax (Indirect and Direct), Form 1120, 1120-F• Ability to work independently, attention to detail, analytical skills with strong communication skills• Should have worked on OneSource product· Experience working on State Returns
