Sales Support / Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role
in creating and implementing Sales discipline, process
improvements, and Master Data Management. In addition, Sales
Support Analyst / Sales Operations Analyst will focus on sales
related activities that help our sales team increase efficiency and
effectiveness. Specifically, the Sales Support / Sales Operations
Analyst will be responsible for executing day to day operations
including but not limited to leading the clean up of SFDC &
NetSuite systems accounts to assure Butterfly has a clean and
comprehensive customer data set while also supporting the quote,
contract process, lead assignment, order processing, opportunity
management, developing reports, providing business insight and
overall process improvement. Additionally, this person will work
cross functionally with other teams such as Marketing, Order
Administration, Finance, Sales and Legal to ensure the entire
process from lead to cash is efficient and supports company goals.
To be successful, this person must be highly motivated and
self-sufficient with the ability to build and leverage strong
relationships with internal stakeholders in a fast paced
environment.As part of our team, your core responsibilities will
be:
- Quoting
- Contract Management
- Lead routing
- Running Sales Campaigns
- Master Data Management
- Facilitate daily order clean up and approval to progress order
management process
- Assign marketing leads from both live and virtual trade shows
for all businesses
- Maintain strategic account hierarchy and funnel hygiene in
Salesforce
- Assist with the development and maintenance of sales and
account management territories
- Sales Dashboard reporting and analytics
- Salesforce account management
- Perform a broad variety of tasks in support of the role and
responsibilitiesQualificationsBaseline
skills/experiences/attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in operations, finance, analytics
- 2-5 years experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support,
Reporting or similar role
- In depth understanding of Sales processes and systems
(sales-cycles, account, territory, opportunity & pipeline
management
- Highly detail oriented with strong data analytical skills,
process improvement and project management skills
- Experience supporting device and software sales teams a
plus
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills with ability to
explain complex analysis
- Enthusiastic and positive with excellent multitasking
skillsIdeally, you also have these skills/experiences/attributes
(but it's ok if you don't!):
- Experience in start-up environment
- Proficient with dashboarding / business intelligence tools like
Salesforce, Tableau
- Highly proficient in Google suite of productsYou Deeply
