As a Senior Business Analysis Consultant within PNC's Finance organization, you will be based in Atlanta, GA supporting the Regulatory Reporting Team. Within this role, you will be a member of PNC's Regulatory Reporting team. You will be part of a dynamic team, striving to deliver accurate results for Executive Management and external Regulators. You will manage multiple processes and functions in accordance with the strategic plans and objectives of the overall regulatory reporting process. Throughout your day, you will use data mining tools like Teradata and SQL to research loan and deposit data to expand and enhance the existing automated processes and reporting. Employing your detailed nature, you will review external regulatory filings to ensure the accuracy of PNC's reporting. You will apply your excellent communication skills to building effective working relationships with your business partners and teammates as you work together to enhance existing automated processes and reporting. The ideal candidate will have:

  • An interest and proven ability to build data mining queries
  • Attention to detail
  • An interest in and ability to solve word problems. The expectation is that the candidate will need to be able to read Bank Reporting instructions and help validate that we are complying with the instructions.
  • Ability to work both independently and a part of a team
  • Proven leadership and banking acumen are pluses, but not required. Job Description
  • Directs the collection and interpretation of business requirements. Participates in the development and review of complex processes and procedures, workflow analytics and reporting. Serves as a subject-matter advisor to staff.
  • Oversees the development and maintenance of all applicable policy and procedure documentation.
  • Independently obtains and identifies the business requirements needed to carry out and improve complex business processes.
  • Translates business needs, processes and/or procedures by partnering with applicable experts and business stakeholders to determine and articulate needs.
