The role reports to the (Electrification Products - Distribution
Solutions) Service Business Controller, US & CA and located in
Atlanta, Georgia. As a Field Services Lead Financial Analyst, will
be responsible for providing operational finance management to the
North America Field Services organization and leadership team. The
role of Field Services Lead Financial Analyst will closely partner
with the Project Managers and Service Controller and be responsible
for leading all aspects of financial management including projects'
profitability, cash generation, balance sheet, and controllership
requirements for the field services business. Your
- Oversee 500+ projects portfolio.
- Liaise / work together with commercial, finance leaders as well
as fulfillment/project execution teams.
- Lead forecasting activities for sales orders, revenue, margins,
and cash flow generation.
- Own project margin reporting and reviews, analyze project
performance, perform variance analysis, and assist operations team
in developing recovery actions to meet financial commitments.
- Participate in regional performance roll-ups/reviews and

financial reporting for operations and the leadership team.
Highlight key business performance drivers throughout the quarter,
linking with operations to identify and mitigate risks while
capitalizing on opportunities.
- Fully own billing and revenue recognition process. Manage

- Lead monthly closing activities across regions. Ensure
controllership and consistency of accounting processes across the

revenue recognition, and overall project processes to ensure
compliance to ABB policies and quality reporting of financial
- Drive finance processes improvements in areas such as cash
flow, receivables, project financial controls and reporting. Your
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum 5 years
of experience in a financial position.
