Mobile Application Architect will play a critical role in
delivering innovation and growth for the Banking Solutions
business. As a Mobile Application Architect, you will play a
pivotal role in delivering our cutting-edge mobile applications.
You will be responsible for architecting, designing, and
implementing high-quality Mobile solutions that meet our business
objectives and exceed user expectations. Your technical expertise,
leadership skills, and strategic vision will drive the success of
our Mobile projects and contribute to the overall growth of our
company.What you will be doing:-- Lead the design and architecture
of mobile applications within the Digital domain, ensuring
alignment with business goals, security standards, and regulatory
requirements.-- Define and implement scalable, robust, and
maintainable mobile application architectures that support a wide
range of financial services and functionalities.-- Collaborate
closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend developers,
and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and
translate them into technical solutions.-- Conduct architectural
reviews, code reviews, and provide technical guidance to
development teams to ensure adherence to architectural principles,
coding standards, and best practices.-- Stay updated with industry
trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the
FinTech sector, and incorporate them into the mobile application
architecture as needed.-- Evaluate third-party tools, frameworks,
and APIs for integration into mobile applications, considering
factors such as security, performance, and scalability.-- Define
and implement strategies for data encryption, secure
authentication, and data privacy compliance within mobile
applications handling sensitive financial information.--
Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to ensure mobile application
security best practices are followed, including threat modeling,
vulnerability assessments, and secure coding practices.-- Drive
continuous improvement initiatives in mobile application
development processes, tooling, and automation to enhance
efficiency, quality, and time-to-market.-- Act as a technical
mentor and coach to mobile developers, fostering a culture of
learning, innovation, and excellence within the mobile development
team.-- Communicate complex technical concepts and architectural
decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical
stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.--
Lead proof-of-concept projects, prototypes, and technical
experiments to validate new ideas, technologies, and architectural
patterns for future mobile application enhancements.What you will
need:-- Extensive experience in designing and architecting mobile
applications for iOS and Android platforms, particularly within the
financial technology (FinTech) domain.-- Strong proficiency in
mobile app development frameworks and technologies such as Swift,
Kotlin, React Native, with a deep understanding of mobile
application architecture patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM, Clean
Architecture).-- Knowledge of secure coding practices, encryption
algorithms, and data protection mechanisms relevant to handling
sensitive financial data in mobile applications.-- Familiarity with
backend technologies, APIs, and microservices architecture,
enabling seamless integration between mobile apps and backend
systems.-- Experience in performance optimization, scalability
planning, and troubleshooting of mobile applications to ensure
optimal user experience and reliability.-- Understanding of
financial services industry regulations, compliance requirements
(e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS), and security standards related to mobile app
development.-- Knowledge of financial products, payment systems,
banking protocols, and industry trends, enabling the design of
mobile applications that meet user needs and regulatory
guidelines.-- Experience working on FinTech projects such as mobile
banking apps, investment platforms, payment gateways, or financial
analytics tools, with a focus on usability, security, and
innovation.-- Proven track record of leading architecture and
design discussions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and
driving consensus on technical decisions.-- Ability to mentor and
coach development teams, providing technical guidance, code
reviews, and training sessions on mobile application architecture
best practices.-- Demonstrated project development and leadership
skills.-- Current understanding of best practices regarding system
security measures-- Preferred degree in Engineering, Computer
Science, or similar relevant field preferred-- Deep understanding
and commitment to software engineering principles and processes
(e.g., Lean, Agile, DevOps) and continuous improvement through

pay range for this full-time position is $143,040.00 - $240,310.00
and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries
for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.
Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and
relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will
also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with
