Position: Manager, Data & Analytics (Atlanta, GA)

Duties: Design and implement innovative Business Intelligence

technologies, processes, and reporting practices. Design, develop, and

implement strategies, processes, and technologies that will drive overall

data usage and the creation of information. Analyze and understand clients’ organizational structure and administration practices, system development and maintenance procedures, and overall business practices in order to supervise the development and implementation of customized data management and information governance programs and best practices. Manage business intelligence projects, as well as design and implement data models for applications and reporting that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of activities performed within our clients

organizational structure and administration practices, system development

and maintenance procedures, and overall business practices in order to

supervise the development and implementation of customized data management

and information governance programs and best practices. Manage business

intelligence projects, as well as design and implement data models for

applications and reporting that will improve the efficiency and

effectiveness of activities performed within our clients’ enterprise

organizations. Oversee the provision of business intelligence and data

management services to clients. Define key performance measures, select and

implement business intelligence tools and data architecture, provide

governance and strategy definition, and implement integration tools. Advise

clients regarding re-engineering processes, resolve data issues, and

implement business intelligence solutions that streamline reporting

processes. Work with clients to standardize tools and training. Ensure

timely completion of data reporting and analytical platform implementation

projects in accordance with clients’ tactical and strategic requirements o

over a full project life cycle.

Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business

Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or a

related field and three (3) years’ experience performing data management

and end-to-end Business Intelligence; or in the alternative, a Bachelor’s degre

degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Information Syste

Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field and five (5) years

years of experience as indicated above.

Also requires: demonstrated expertise modeling and designing data warehouse sol

solutions for supply chain and finance processes using SAP HANA, SAP BI and SAP

SAP Business Objects; performing project management of solutions and tec

technical architecture, including cost estimates and resource planning; imp

implementing and assessing supply chain and vendor management tools, inc

including SAP Business Objects Universes, Reports, and Dashboards; imp

implementing data marts and data warehouses using Teradata and MS SQL Ser

Server; identifying issues; performing root cause analysis; and providing rec

recommendation and roadmaps; performing Business Intelligence reporting uti

utilizing Business Objects, Hyperion, Cognos, SSIS, and/or SSRS; and int

interfacing with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and tra

translate business issue into technology solutions.
