• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the reliability and performance of the Rod Mill and Compounding facilities.
• Conduct thorough assessments of equipment, machinery, and systems to identify reliability risks and potential maintenance needs.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to investigate equipment failures, production interruptions, and inefficiencies, identifying root causes.
• Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies using data analysis and advanced monitoring techniques.
• Apply Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) methodologies to assess and mitigate risks in equipment and processes.
• Lead and support reliability improvement projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and effective execution.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, driving continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicate technical insights, reliability recommendations, and project updates to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of reliability assessments, improvement projects, and outcomes.
• Contribute to the growth of the reliability engineering discipline through training, mentoring, and sharing knowledge. Required Experience
  • 1 to 3 years of operations experience (required)
  • Rod Mill or Compounding experience (preferred) Required Education
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering (required) Other Preferred Skills, Licenses, & Certificates
