business development of complex investment management and trust
accounts and working with team members to assure trust product
awareness and education of clients, associates, and Centers of
Influence. Job expectations include working with teams to drive
business development and retention, assisting clients with wealth
planning needs, and managing risk.Job DescriptionThis job is
responsible for managing a book of fiduciary and investment
management accounts for high-net-worth clients and beneficiaries

risk.This Senior Trust Officer (STO) position focuses on serving
clients of Merrill Advisors as part of Bank of America's National
Trust Services group. In this capacity the STO will partner with
Merrill Advisory stakeholders such as Financial Advisor (FA) and
Private Wealth Advisor (PWA) teams, Market Executives and Merrill
Wealth Strategists to pursue opportunities for trust services, as
well as provide fiduciary oversight and administration to complex
and sensitive client relationships.Responsibilities:--- Provides
fiduciary administration support including the review of trust
instruments, participating in matters where the trustee is
exercising discretion, managing risk, and conducting periodic trust
reviews--- Supports investment management accounts including the
coordination of opening and closing accounts, money movement, and
account maintenance--- Engages with clients and prospects to build
and transfer wealth tailored to their unique goals, while
delivering a high-quality experience--- Ensures compliance with
regulatory and legal requirements related to client accounts and
portfolios--- Identifies and develops new business opportunities by
pursuing new or expanded relationships with existing clients and
